Internal vs External Cheating: Which is Better?

Technical comparison of internal and external cheats. Performance, feature and security differences.

Internal Cheat Technical Details

Internal cheats are connected to the game process via DLL injection. It renders ESP using the game's own DirectX/Vulkan rendering pipeline. In this way, overlay delay is zero and full game frame synchronization is achieved.

External Cheat Technical Details

External cheats run as a separate process and read game memory using the ReadProcessMemory/WriteProcessMemory APIs. Shows ESP with overlay window. It has a simpler structure, but there may be a delay.

Performance Comparison

While internal cheats generally run with a delay of 0-1ms, external cheats may experience a delay of 5-15ms. Internal cheats are more efficient in terms of FPS effect because they use the game's own rendering cycle.

Security Comparison

VAC tries to detect internal cheats by monitoring API calls such as OpenProcess/CreateRemoteThread. External cheats are less invasive, but modern anti-cheat systems target both.

CSCodep: One of the Best Two

CSCodep uses internal cheating architecture because it is superior in terms of feature support and performance. Security disadvantages are eliminated with advanced kernel-level protection.
