Yes, every cheat software creates some FPS effect. However, this effect varies greatly depending on the type of cheat, its architecture and active features. Internal vs External FPS Effect
Since internal cheats use the game's own rendering pipeline, there is no additional overlay cost. ESP artwork is inserted directly into the game's DirectX/Vulkan calls. Feature-Based Performance

Optimization for Low System
To minimize cheating FPS impact on older/weaker systems: limit ESP render distance (50m instead of default 100m), use box ESP instead of skeletal ESP, opt for lightweight features like Sound ESP and Rear Threat Indicator, and keep aimbot FOV small.
