CS2 Premier Rank System and Cheating Detection: ELO, Trust Factor and More

CS2 Premier ELO System
CS2 Premier mode uses a Glicko-2 based ELO system. Each player has a visible rating score (between 1,000-30,000+). When you win a match, you earn points, when you lose, they decrease. The amount of points gained/lost depends on the difference in the teams' ratings — if a lower-rated team beats a higher-rated team, it will earn more points.
What is Trust Factor?
Trust Factor is a secret trust score that Valve assigns to each Steam account. Players with high Trust Factor are matched with other high Trust players. Factors affecting Trust Factor: Account age, number of games owned, Prime status, report history, VAC ban history (on other games), Steam community activity, and phone verification status.
Trust Factor and Cheating Use
Trust Factor is critical when using cheats. A low Trust Factor leads to more frequent Overwatch scrutiny and questionable player matchmaking. Newly opened accounts naturally have low Trust. To maintain Trust Factor when using CSCodep: Don't overinflate stats, don't throw aces in every match, and have natural deaths.
Rating Increase Strategy
The most common mistake when increasing your rank using cheats is to rank up too quickly. The healthiest approach is not to play more than 2-3 matches a day, to achieve consistent but not extraordinary scores in each match and to lose matches occasionally. Goal: Increase by 500-1000 ratings per week. This pace is similar to natural player development.
Preventing Rank Drops
To minimize rating loss, do not enter matches with a high probability of losing. Lobbies with very high ratings (3000+ points above yours) run the risk of huge losses. Additionally, the matches of your teammate who is banned while using cheats will be canceled and the rating will be taken back — play with trustworthy people.
