The CSCodep.com terms of service: license scope, the single-HWID rule, payment and refund policy, prohibited use and liability limits.
1. Service Description and Scope
CSCodep.com provides an offline training and practice tool for users who want to improve their Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) mechanics. The software runs on the user's own computer and does not connect to live multiplayer servers or interfere with game developers' systems.
The software is intended for practicing against AI bots, crosshair placement, recoil control and similar skill development.
2. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Uses
You may use the software only on your own computer, in offline mode or in local/practice environments that you control.
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Using it in live multiplayer games, official Valve servers, FACEIT, ESEA, ESL or similar platforms
- Reverse engineering, copying or redistributing the software
- Sharing your license key or transferring your account
- Combining the software with third-party cheat, bot, script or automation tools
3. Account, License and User Responsibility
You are fully responsible for the security of your account and license keys.
CSCodep operates as an independent application running on the user's computer. We cannot control the user's in-game actions, online behavior or how the software is used.
If you use the software in an online environment, in competitive matches or in violation of these terms, CSCodep cannot be held liable for any VAC ban, account suspension, penalty, data loss or other damage.
4. Refund Policy and Disclaimer
CSCodep licenses are digital products. Once a purchase is completed, the license is immediately assigned to your account or delivered by email.
Payments are final. All sales are final and no refunds are provided. By completing a purchase, you explicitly agree to this condition.
Instead of a refund, we compensate with time: any period you cannot use the software because of a game update, maintenance or an outage on our side is added to your license as extra days. Compensation is applied automatically — you do not need to request it.
The software is provided 'AS IS'. No performance, security or compatibility guarantee is given. CSCodep does not guarantee that the software will always work, be compatible with all updates or be error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability and Changes
CSCodep shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the software.
You agree to indemnify CSCodep, its employees, directors and partners against any claim, lawsuit, damage or expense arising from your use of the software.
We reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
6. Subscription Cancellation and License Revocation
Subscription payments made via Patreon renew automatically each month; no action is required for renewals — your license extends by itself.
If you cancel your subscription or a payment is refunded, your license is revoked immediately. This is a deliberate policy choice; the remaining portion of the license period cannot be used after cancellation.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Patreon account; no further charges will be made after cancellation.
