CS2 Cheat Streamer Mode: Hiding Guide in OBS and Screen Sharing

What is Streamer Mode?
Streamer mode is a feature that hides the cheat interface and ESP artwork from screen capture software. OBS, Streamlabs, or any screen sharing or recording program cannot capture the visual elements of the trick. While you, your broadcaster, see ESP boxes, your viewers see a clean game.
How Does It Work?
Two basic methods are used:
1. Separate Render Layer: ESP drawings are made on a separate DirectX layer, not on the main render target of the game. OBS game capture captures only the main layer.
2. Window Filtering: Cheat overlay is excluded from screen capture with Windows' SetWindowDisplayAffinity API. This method is effective against both game capture and window capture.
OBS Settings
Use "Game Capture" in OBS. Do not use "Window Capture" or "Display Capture" — Display Capture captures the entire screen and may bypass some hiding methods. CSCodep streamer mod has been tested and verified with OBS Game Capture.
Voice Chat and Screen Sharing
Voice chat apps' screen sharing basically works like Window Capture. When CSCodep streamer mode is active, ESP and menu do not appear in these shares. But be careful: "app sharing" is different from "whole screen sharing". Select the CS2 window in application sharing — sharing the entire screen can be risky.
Things to Consider
Streamer mode provides visual cloaking but does not hide your behavior. Constantly pre-aiming enemies behind walls in the broadcast, showing superhuman reaction times, or not dying at all will attract suspicion. Viewers and clip hunters are masters of behavioral analysis. Use ESP knowledge naturally and do not overdo it by relying on streamer mode.
